My passion for therapy began as a client. I experienced first-hand the power of therapy in both individual and couples therapy. It changed my life in ways I never expected. I feel compelled to help others in this very same way.
I combine my natural love of people and their unique qualities with my ability to hold out hope for improvement of their worries, fears, and hurts. I feel privileged to be able to support individuals, couples, and adult family members in a journey with which I am very familiar -- towards a life and/or relationship that feels joyful and authentic!
My approach to therapy is integrative, humanistic, trauma-informed, and sex-positive. I am trained in EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting for trauma and am currently working on my sex therapy certification.
I emphasize connection and integration of mind, body, and spirit in my work. I am committed to supporting diverse individuals and creating a safe space for all races, ethnicities, and sexualities.
As my client, you can expect to be warmly welcomed into a safe and compassionate space to explore any and every part of you and your relationships!
Please note that currently my reduced rate/sliding scale spots are full.
I offer a free, 15 minute virtual consultation for all potential clients. Please schedule your consultation directly from the website or if you don't see any appointment times, please reach out to schedule. Let's connect to see if we're a good fit!
